Sufficient space should be planned so that you can swim comfortably under a pool enclosure. For us, a pool cover only makes sense if it remains functional while the pool is in use. For this reason, all VÖROKA pool enclosures are designed so that you can swim underneath them without any problems.
How long does a pool enclosure last?
VÖROKA pool enclosures are developed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and service. They are designed to last a lifetime. However, if spare parts are required, we will of course be happy to provide them.
What advantages does a pool enclosure offer?
A pool cover noticeably extends the swimming season. It protects the water from evaporation and channels the sun’s heat inside the enclosure, heating the water naturally. Does a pool enclosure help to protect the pool in winter?
A pool enclosure makes it much easier to winterise a pool. The water is drained to such an extent that the pipes, pumps and other components can be completely emptied. The enclosure reliably protects the pool from dirt ingress. The pool can then simply be refilled in the spring – and of course much earlier than without an enclosure.

VÖROKA pool enclosures are manufactured from high-quality and durable materials, such as rustproof aluminium and polycarbonate, to ensure first-class quality for many years to come. All small parts are made of stainless steel.
Roller shutter or pool enclosure? Which is better?
A roller shutter only fulfils a functional purpose: covering the pool. In contrast, our pool enclosures offer significantly more advantages. All models can be swum under so that the pool can be used even when the enclosure is closed – and a new, protected living space is created at the same time. An enclosure also reliably prevents dirt from getting into the water. With a roller shutter, on the other hand, dirt is often trapped when it is rolled up and transported into the water. An enclosed pool enclosure also offers protection for children and pets. Unfortunately, the pool roller shutter does not.
What is the difference between clear and twin-wall sheets?
Clear sheets are made of solid polycarbonate and are as transparent as window glass. Twin-wall sheets, on the other hand, have hollow chambers and are opaque, making them ideal for privacy protection. Double-skin sheets are also a more cost-effective alternative.
Why do you need rails for a pool enclosure?
Rails offer numerous advantages for a pool enclosure. They guarantee the wind safety of the pool enclosure, as integrated wind locks prevent the enclosure from lifting in the event of wind suction. Rails also act as a guide system, ensuring that the pool enclosure maintains its position when it is opened and closed. The guide rail also provides additional protection against the entry of small animals.
Which is better: a pool hall with or without rails?
A pool enclosure without rails does not offer sufficient protection in strong winds and can suffer considerable damage. Rails, on the other hand, provide stability and serve as reliable wind protection. Without rails, there is also a risk of the enclosure shifting position when opening and closing. Rails also provide effective protection against small animals that could otherwise get into the pool. They act as a guide and ensure constant and safe positioning of the pool hall.
What colours can I get a pool enclosure in?
The profiles of VÖROKA pool enclosures can be coated in almost any RAL colour. We would also be happy to advise you on our standard colours, which are a particularly cost-effective option!
How long does the installation of a pool enclosure take?
The installation time varies depending on the size, equipment and complexity of the canopy. As a rule, installation takes one day. Our installers always work in teams of two. After the technical processing of a project, the installation time can be estimated more precisely.
Do I need a building permit for a pool enclosure?
The need for a building permit depends on various factors: Firstly on the municipality in which you live, secondly on the size of the covered area and thirdly on the height of the structure. We will be happy to advise you individually.

How do I clean my pool enclosure properly?
Pool enclosures from VÖROKA are made from durable and maintenance-free materials. For cleaning, we recommend spraying the enclosure thoroughly once a year with a commercially available detergent and plenty of water. Please avoid rubbing the roof surface dry.

Do I have to clear the snow from the roof in winter?
For particularly flat enclosures, it is important to remove snow regularly in winter. On the other hand, snow often slides down by itself on curved or bent pool enclosures.
Can a pool enclosure rust?
VÖROKA pool enclosures are manufactured from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials and individual parts that reliably prevent rust formation.
What snow load can pool enclosures bear?
Depending on the type and design, our pool enclosures are designed for snow loads of 75-100 kN/m² ground snow load. Special designs with higher load limits are also possible. When placing an order, we will of course check the local regulations and specifications.
Is there a static calculation for pool enclosures?
Yes, we can provide you with static calculations for all VÖROKA pool enclosures on request.
Is a pool enclosure childproof?
A pool enclosure offers additional protection, as children cannot access the pool unsupervised. On request, we can make the pool enclosure lockable so that it can only be opened with a key.
Is a pool enclosure storm-proof?
VÖROKA pool enclosures are equipped with special wind safety devices that engage in the running rails in the event of strong wind suction. This makes them windproof and reliably protects them from being lifted off.
