From the first call to the installation, everything went very smoothly. I would like to emphasize the extremely competent consultant Mr. Weiland and the subsequent installation workers. Even when I had questions at the company headquarters, I always received a qualified answer. We have loved the pool cover from day one and appreciate how easy it is to use. Even the oldest person in the house, aged 81, can push the cover away and close it again independently if required. If I had to award 7 stars, I would have done the same.
